Our menu is made up of inventive signature cocktails inspired by snapshots of Cecil Beaton’s life and work. Each cocktail is dedicated to one of Cecil’s subjects, a costume design, pattern work, or a simple story. Our signature cocktails include; Pink Prince Charming, Beautiful Wasp, Britannia, Northern Lights, Shooting Star, Paris, Cleopatra and the iconic Eliza Doolittle, as well as some fabulous non-alcoholic cocktails; Coco and Peter Pan. The menu also features an impressive wine and champagne selection.

Indulge in a truly unique, delicious and decadent Regency-inspired menu, amidst beautiful surroundings

Too much of a good thing can be wonderful

Taking inspiration from the theatre, as well as the popular Regency period, Afternoon Tea in the Grand Saloon is served on custom fine bone china featuring Mythical Characters designed by British interior designers Kit and Willow Kemp. Savoury bites will include madeleines topped with whipped English feta and pickled heritage carrot, Coronation chicken pie with caramelised onion chutney and a bite sized crumpet with John Ross Jr smoked salmon and Earl Grey infused cream cheese. Warm scones will be brought to the table with cream and homemade jam while you sip on Rare Tea Company teas and Taittinger champagne. We cater for a variety of dietary requirements, there are some cases where this may not possible.
