At the heart of the experience is a menu that has been carefully crafted by the Queen of Cakes herself, Lily Vanilli. Paying homage to the Prince Regent's iconic Chef de Cuisine Marie-Antoine Careme, our menu combines sweet treats, think rich dark chocolate sponge cake, and savoury classics, such as an elevated sausage roll.
Guests will tuck into delicate pink lemonade tarts with elderflower jelly, mini sticky toffee puddings oozing with custard and salted caramel, dark chocolate sponge cake layered with a biscuit crunch and decoratively piped with buttercream. Savoury delights include madeleines topped with lapsang-souchong glazed salmon, bitesize cannelés with goats’ cheese, and puff pastry sausage rolls made with roast bacon lardons. Warm and golden scones are served up with whipped butter, cream, and homemade jam while guests sip on tea and champagne. To round things off, a trolley roams through the neoclassical columns serving scoops of absinthe mint choc chip ice cream.
