Jamie Oliver Catherine St. is officially joining the family at The Lane.

As part of our £60 million restoration, we are honoured to welcome this newest venture to our much loved theatre.

Hailed as a 'love letter to Britain's rich food culture', Jamie Oliver Catherine St will be opening it's doors to the public on the 29 November.

The snack offerings will encompass devilled eggs garnished with Exmoor caviar, Mrs. Kirkham's Lancashire cheese croquettes, and a vegan smoked tofu "tarama" served with heritage radishes and celery salt. For appetizers, you can choose from a black pudding Scotch egg accompanied by mustard-infused mayonnaise, Loch Duart salmon cured in beetroot and vodka served with horseradish soured cream, and Jamie's unique take on a seafood cocktail.

When it comes to the main courses, the menu promises a diverse selection of hearty British dishes. Options range from succulent roast Sutton Hoo chicken accompanied by stroganoff sauce, shoestring fries, and baked wild mushroom rice to a delectable sticky onion tarte tatin featuring Tropea onions, confit garlic, Pilton cider, and Colston Bassett cheese. Naturally, a Jamie Oliver restaurant wouldn't be complete without a pasta creation, and you can anticipate dishes such as slow-cooked venison ragu with hand-cut pappardelle and Berkswell cheese.

For dessert, expect a delightful and indulgent experience. One standout option is the "Snickersphere," a chocolate dome filled with peanut butter semifreddo, salted caramel, and peanut praline, paired with buttermilk ice cream and butterscotch sauce.
